My wife and I took a few days to find a new custom mattress for our RV. We went to Sleep Country and Sleep Shop in Langley and then out here to the WR. Gary helped us and of the three sales people he was the most upfront (i.e. honest) and gave us the best price from the beginning (& also the best price in the end:) So just wanted to put in a good word here for Gary who did a good job of helping us.

We went to WR Mattress Gallery, as we were in need of a new bed and had heard they were the place to go. We were very happy with the service and knowledge we received as this was our first adjustable bed we needed to know everything we could. They delivered on time and set up was perfect .They also helped me find the right sheets and helped us use our original frame. I can breath a lot better and the sleep apnea is a lot better and more rested with the bed. Anyone looking for good service, great knowledge and a great sleep ,I would recommend going to see the staff at WR Mattress for sure!

Outstanding customer service!! I bought a bed today from Mark. He spent 90 minutes educating me on the products and helping me make the right decision......without pressuring me. I was interested in a bed made of organic materials and it's difficult to find retailers who not only carry them but understand them fully enough to explain all the options to their clients. Great experience and will recommend for sure.

I am so thrilled with my new mattress! I got an amazing deal on an extremely quality mattress for 60% savings! I came to look at what they had to offer because my grandpa was swearing by his new iron man mattress and adjustable massage bed! I purchased an Ironman mattress two years ago. The mattress has exceeded my expectations, giving a great sleep, until recently, when I started to experience some back pain. I contacted Mark and he took time to help determine if the mattress was the cause, even providing a mattress topper to see if it made the difference. Turns out to be a multifaceted problem, including an old knee injury that put me out of alignment, and the need for a new pillow. As with the original purchase, Mark displayed professionalism, knowledge about the product and patience in answering questions. If you're looking for a new bed, this is the place to go!

It was the most enjoyable of shopping experiences. Thanks Mark for staying after hours -- on New Years Eve no less -- and giving us the attention and respect that you did. We had been shopping around for a new mattress for awhile, and hadn't found anything that was just right. Tired of pushy salespeople we thought we'd check out someplace new. We're glad we did! The mattress, special mineral cover, and latex pillows have arrived. We're very pleased with everything. The delivery guys were also great, with a pleasant manner. We will be sure to tell all our friends. And, when we're ready for our next mattress, we'll be back!

If it were possible to give the staff at WR Mattress 10 stars, I would have done that without a moments of hesitation. Incredible service, maintain such amazing professionalism, and give the best advice possible. The staff know their stuff and take into account the customers needs and wants, and can customize a mattress according to what is being asked. Also, the massage chair is a must buy for sure and it's amazing as to how they can manage to give such amazing prices for such high quality pieces. Definitely a permanent mattress area for me :)

I'm giving WR Mattress Gallery in south Surrey a five-star rating, both for the quality of furniture they sell and for their outstanding personal service. My wife and I purchased a cabinet bed for a home office/garden suite shed that is not only a well-made and beautiful piece of furniture but highly practical. The mattress, which is stored inside the cabinet, makes for a restful night's sleep. Much more comfortable than the mattresses one typically finds in a convertible sofa. The process of deploying and returning the mattress to the cabinet mode is straightforward. As well, the cabinet has a pullout shelf for storing blankets and bed sheets -- a great feature. Constructed with quality materials, the cabinet bed doesn't take up a great deal of space and is complementary with other furniture in the room. We much prefer a cabinet bed to a Murphy bed. Lastly, but just as importantly, WR Mattress kept our cabinet bed on hold for many months after purchase while we were in the process of renovating our main home and constructing the garden office, which doubles as overnight guest quarters. They did so without complaint or extra charge. Indeed, WR Mattress was gracious and extremely understanding of our situation. Delivery and set-up were done in no time -- and with a smile -- when we finally we're ready to accept our cabinet bed. In our books, WR stands for "well-made" and "reliable."

A few months ago, I purchased a custom-piece of bedroom furniture, with a mattress - it came out looking really beautiful. The delivery guys were clean and careful, took good care to make sure everything was set up properly. They noticed that one screw seemed to be missing, which might help to stabilize the bed frame. They suggested they'd ask someone else to come in and add the extra screw as they didn't want to risk drilling into the wood. Sure enough, a few days later, someone else came and added the extra stability - I really appreciated it, as I don't think I'd even have noticed on my own. Two days ago I received another order - just a simple bed, this time, but I needed it in a rush. WR handled my order over the phone, delivered on time and the delivery guys were great, once again. Highly recommend - and, I'll be back!

I shopped around quite a bit looking for a mattress as I am very picky and like super firm beds. I found the knowledge and service at WR was the best from all the places I went too. Mark really knew his stuff and we picked out a mattress. Unfortunately, after sleeping on it for a while I found it was not quite firm enough for my taste. That's when the customer service, which was already excellent, really went up! I felt guilty complaining about the bed but Mark and Jamie were super nice and went all out to find me something firm enough for my liking and ordered in a special one for me. They exchanged the bed and I absolutely love the new one! Excellent store and I can not recommend them enough.

If your looking for great customer service, a long with a friendly and knowledgeable staff, then WR Mattress Gallery is the place to go. Not only do they have something for every budget, but also the one on one interaction, getting to understand your sleeping habits and issue's your having at night and been able to take all of that and bundle it into the right Mattress for you was amazing. Haven't had issues sleeping since and all on a friendly budget. Was a great experience and would recommend to family and friends. They were also able to provide me with next day delivery which was great.

Let me add our five stars to the ratings above. We bought a beautiful latex mattress some four years ago and recently needed some minor repairs to the feet due to a workman who had changed the flooring. Mark cheerfully sent out two repair men who did not simply fix the problem but who replaced all the feet with a higher quality, completely new set.... free of charge! Now that's, customer service!

I purchased 2 sets of king size adjustable beds with mattresses and two queen size adjustable beds with mattresses from WR Mattress Gallery. My family and I love the mattresses and the adjustable beds. Our quality of sleep has improved and our energy levels have gone up. Recently, my husband went out of town for one night. Upon his return, at bed time he told me that the only disadvantage with respect to the adjustable beds and the mattresses was that it is very difficult to sleep on regular beds! I think that sums up everything. I do want to mention that the staff at WR Mattress Gallery is extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. I recommend WR Mattress Gallery to all my friends and relatives.

Bought a Cabednet over a year ago and started to have a problem with the bottom shelf sliding out. WR Mattress stands behind their products with courteous staff and prompt service. After recommendations from my in-laws, my husband and I stopped in to look for a new mattress a couple of weeks ago. We were so impressed with the service we received! They went above and beyond to locate old invoices, and help us figure out exactly the type of mattress we needed. We purchased the natural latex pillows from them as well, which are beyond comfortable! I purchased the high density version, but after a couple of weeks decided I wanted the low density one, the same my husband purchased, and it was no problem at all to switch them! Took less than 5 minutes at the store and I was on my way. I would 100% recommend WR Mattress Gallery to anyone looking for a new mattress...they're products are amazing, and prices can't be beat!

I first happened upon WR Mattress Gallery in my search for a tri-fold mattress. I thought they could recommend a place to buy them since they sold cabinet beds that use such mattresses. I spoke to Dave on the phone and then later to Jamie. Both were so helpful. Not pushy or quick to get me off the phone, just helpful and interested in making sure I got what I wanted. I ended up purchasing a cabinet bed from them. Upon delivery, we discovered that it did not fit down our stairs. The delivery guys were so careful and worried about damaging our walls or the new bed. They took it back to the store where Dave and Jamie were waiting ( we live in North Van and the store is in Whiterock) so that they could remove a part of the bed just so it would fit down the stairs. The bed was delivered a second time 2 days later and we had it set up in time for our guests! I appreciated their personal attention and excellent customer service. Not to mention, the bed is wonderful! I am looking forward to hosting more out of town guests now. Thanks Jamie and Dave! We really appreciate your service and product.

I recently bought an iron man mattress and an adjustable base. I noticed a huge difference after the first night. I have never slept better! This mattress is life changing! I'm glad Raman was able to help me out and find a mattress that was best suited for me! The customer service was amazing and the quality of of the mattress is absolutely phenomenal! I will definitely be going back to buy some pillows for myself as well as mattresses for my family!

A nice and easy experience to deal with. Dave was very informative, and helped me narrow down the mattress that would best fit me. Delivery was just as exceptional. The two gentlemen that came in the pouring rain on Saturday were very quick, and mindful while bringing the mattress and base in to setup. I just had my first night with my new mattress and enjoying it thus far. Highly recommend these guys over the bigger stores.

This company is very professional. Before buying a mattress or any product of theirs they provide the consumer with a full education as to the benefits of said products and make sure you are getting the best suited product for your needs. Delivery was seamless, they were there when they promised to be, the delivery people were courteous and respectful of walls, carpets, etc during the delivery process, they took all their packing with them, and were friendly and cheerful during the entire process. The products are everything they said they would be. The office staff answered all my questions, provided warranties, and paperwork for all my purchases, and were also cheerful and courteous on the phone. I had an amazing sleep on my new mattress and bedding. I fully recommend WR Mattress Gallery as a place to buy good quality products for everyone (children, adults, athletes)

I went to WR Mattress after trying to find a mattress for months. I needed to find a really good mattress for chronic pain related to a car accident. I was really sick of sales pitches and contradictory information, and salesman who were “experts” in pain. WR Mattress was different. It was quiet and I was able to spend a lot of time with Russ on my first visit. He explained the benefits of a latex bed. I was there about 2 hours trying mattresses and there was no pressure at all. My second visit to the store I talked with Mark for about 2.5 hours. He was also amazing; full of information and no pressure or sales pitches. I picked the NewGen Terra Plush. I left my purchase to the very last minute but Jaime and Dave made sure I had my bed for the day I needed it. Dave even delivered it himself (thank you soooo much!!!). The first couple of nights were rough for me with the bed as it felt different (firmer) than what I remembered in the store. My mom, who was in town visiting, absolutely loved it and is now planning to buy the same one. We went back to the store and Russ told me about the break in period. I’ve had the bed for a week now and the mattress is absolutely amazing. It is so comfortable (it now feels like it did in the store) and the last couple of nights I have had the best sleep since my accident 3 years ago. Thank you Russ, Mark, Dave, and Jaime. You guys have all been amazing and made my final mattress buying experience a great one. I wish I had known about WR Mattress months ago. It would have saved me a ton of frustration and wasted time. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress!

TL:DR The staff are very accommodating and genuine and their customer service is exceptional, with solid payment options. Extended version: I walked in one idle day, dirty from work, and started asking about a bed, payment options, and prices. All of my questions were answered without missing a beat, routine but comfortably so. I came back on the weekend, clean and ready to shop around, tried a couple of mattresses with a different salesman and ended up picking the initial recommendation on a equal payments. The most arduous part of the whole experience was simply waiting for approval from Flexiti Financial. While we waited, the staff were very friendly to talk to, actual real people who seem to actually like people rather than just all about sales. While I was busy with the paper work, my girlfriend got to sit in their fantastic massage chair. The only unfortunate thing would be that they don't have the mattresses in stock, they're made locally at highway 10 and 152nd, so I waited a week to level up my bed. The mattress itself is fantastic made of hypo allergenic material and has lots of fancy bells and whistles, but more importantly, I sleep better than I have ever. I can't recommend WR Mattress Gallery enough. Supporting local business and good people feels almost a s good as my back these days. These guys are very helpful and make sure you are taken care of, nothing is too much trouble. Jaime & Mark went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer!! They have the latest latex beds at reasonable prices!! My hardwood floors were getting scratched up with old rolling legs and I was offered a sloution at no charge - can't beat that for service. Friendly well informed staff. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me. They did not put any pressure on me to buy anything I wasn't comfortable with. Making big purchases can be very stressful but I did not feel that way after I went here. Delivery guy was very helpful and was right on time. He even helped me with the issue of the wheels on my bed frame and swapped them out for feet instead at no extra charge. Best experience with a large purchase I have had in a long time. I highly recommend this place. I know when it comes time to replace another mattress in my home this is where I will go!!

So impressed with their service. No pushy sales people, just helpful staff that left us alone until we had questions. We went to several stores and this was the only one that bothered to explain the differences between materials to us. Delivery was fast and easy and they followed up quickly after to ask how the bed was working out for us. When we said we found the boxspring to be a bit too high they were more than happy to swap for a low profile set for free. Before buying a mattress, you should at least come here to get a full understanding of your options!

We heard a great experience with this store. We actually were in the market for a mattress but didn't really know where to go. We checked out furniture stores but felt the sales staff were lacking and uninformed. We were heading to the competition when we happen to be passing by this place. Boy are we glad we stopped. Dave was helpful and knowledgeable. With our work schedule sleep HAS to be quality sleep. We've had our new mattress for 4 nights and, though sleep is short, we've had some of the best sleep ever. They also worked around our schedule for delivery. They delivery guys were great and punctual. I'd refer people here for sure.

We had a factory problem in a mattress but when we raised our concerns it was looked after. The original mattress was picked up and replaced. The difference was huge and now we are sleeping comfortably. Missteps happen when it comes to manufacturing....it's how you recover that counts. I'd definitely give them my business again.

I was shocked. My elderly mother and father were having mobility issues. Their last mattress was from WR Mattress Gallery and they raved about the service. I thought nothing of it, but when I went with them to get an adjustable bed, the service and people were like nothing I had ever seen. Their was no pressure, and the knowledge they shared was unbelievable. My parents decided to get 2 beds. The delivery was fast and the gentlemen who delivered them were extremely knowledgeable as well. Set up was perfect and afterwards, they even delivered the other bed to me. I can't speak highly enough about the staff here. And after all that, really it was the bed that was most important thing, and it was perfect. My mother, for the first time in years, slept right through the night. Brilliant!

Can't say enough about the incredible professional and knowledgeable service we got from the staff at WR Mattress. Akif was so informative of all the benefits of the product as well as the customer service and warranty that stands behind an invest of such a bed. We ended up purchasing a queen and a split king with adjustable base. Amazing the difference it has made for our sleep and we anticipate that there is still more to come as the energizing and restorative process continues to do it's wonder. Highly recommend the investment. When you think about the 25 year warranty alone and spread the investment over that time period it really is not expensive. Good restorative relaxing sleep is worth it.

We decided to try WR Mattress based on all the positive reviews and I can say we were not disappointed! Akif was really knowledgeable about all the products and despite having a full store of people he managed to juggle everyone and answer all our questions without ever having the feeling we were rushed or left waiting. I also liked the fact that they sell locally made products made from all natural materials so no off gassing! This was totally the opposite case when we bought our previous mattress 16 years ago from one of those chain stores, the fumes were so strong we had to send three mattresses back. Our new mattress arrived after being manufactured days before and it had no smell whatsoever! We were able to get used to it by the second night and have been sleeping really well with no aches or pains and no pressure points ever since. I highly recommend stopping in to their showroom and experience what true customer service is all about.

Thank you! — Edit: we went back and got a mattress! My wife and I have been thinking about getting a new mattress for a while so we asked around to our friends about those popular “bed in a box” internet mattresses and we were surprised to hear that many of our friends had tried one and retuned them. We then reached out to WR Mattress Gallery. We told the sales rep Jaime that we wanted a softer bed but that I hated memory foam so she showed us some latex topped pocket coil mattresses and we decided to give one a try. After sleeping on it for a week we are happy with our purchase. We even got a storage/lift bed frame and now we finally have space to store our luggage. I'm glad I was able to come by WR Mattress Gallery when I was hunting for a mattress. I made the rounds to local big box stores but thought I'd check out WR as well. I had a great experience with the employees of WR Mattress. From my initial consultation with Raman where we discussed different Cabedza options to my tri-fold mattress inquiries with Jaime, with their help I was able to narrow down a bed solution that fit my finances. Delivery was also awesome--Jacob was super patient and super nice (there were people moving into my building that day which was messing with the elevators and Jacob remained pleasant despite all that). Thanks again! I ended up going with the Queen 2" latex 4" foam Tri-Fold mattress which sits on top of a custom modular bed frame that my brother built (see pics). The frame splits into 3 pieces and can be slid around easily with thick felt on the bottom. Underneath I am able to store Rubbermaid containers and other random stuff! Anyway.. back to the mattress.. the mattress--in my opinion--is a perfect balance between firm and soft. And because of the 2" of latex on top of the 4" foam, the mattress will sleep cooler than just a memory foam mattress :) Cheers!

The companies customer service is incredible as we not only switched out a pillow but one of our mattresses as well after 90 days. We recently updated from a queen to a king size mattress. From the beginning we were introduced to the different types of mattresses available and got educated on all the knowledge that we were lacking. As an anxiety stricken law student, sleep quality was at the forefront of my mind when I moved to British Columbia to attend school. I went to multiple generic mattress stores only to find myself with either the service or the product, often both. As a last ditch effort, I decided to give an independent store by the name of WR mattress a try. I'm so glad I did. From the moment I stepped into the store I was greeted by knowledgeable and friendly staff, staff that don't work on a commission basis and genuinely want you to have the best night's sleep that you can get. Not only are the staff wonderful, but their products are absolutely world class. I'm a young male and I find myself raving to my friends about the wonder that is my new mattress, if that isn't an endorsement then I don't know what is. Hands down the best mattress you will ever own! I have a few family members that purchased their mattresses from WR mattress gallery and everyone swore by them so I thought I would check it out. These mattresses are top quality that can't be beat. The customer service was amazing and we never felt pushed to buy anything. Raman takes her time to explain the different features of each mattress to you and helps you pick out the perfect mattress that suits you. The covid protocols made me feel safe with hand sanitizer available, masks worn, and a fresh pillowcase to lay on when testing out the different mattresses. I highly recommend shopping here if you're looking for a new mattress. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent customer service at WR Mattress Gallery. From my first phone call inquiring about the purchase of a cabinet bed, Jaime was very informative about all aspects of the purchase process. We made arrangements to go down to White Rock and see the cabinet bed in person. Jaime explained everything about the bed itself and availability of different models given my short time frame for delivery. I told Jaime that we needed the bed for an upcoming house guest and she was very accommodating and ensured that the bed and mattress arrived well ahead of time and was delivered and assembled by her delivery personnel, who were very quick, efficient, and courteous. I should also note that during the sales process, Jaime did not attempt to push anything on us and provided all the relevant information and left it up to us to decide what was the best model for us, rather than trying to upsell us to a more expensive model. We will definitely be back as our old mattress on our main bed will need an upgrade soon, and I don't think I will go anywhere else now.

I was humming and hawing about getting a cheaper mattress in a box (Endy, Douglas etc), but I couldn't bring myself to entrust my sleep to that gimmick. I also wasn't keen on the memory foam option. I actually drove all the way from Vancouver to White Rock, because I was told that the service was excellent at this location. And I wasn't wrong - Dave was extremely knowledgeable and personable. There were no pushy sales tactics and I felt really good about my decision. I ended up laying on every mattress, and went with the full latex cloud plush which not only felt amazing, but also has the benefit of being made of natural materials (the total opposite of memory foam). The delivery went smoothly. I was surprised that it literally only took the 15 minutes they said it would. The delivery people even took it up my narrow stairs and installed it in my loft. (No easy feat). Very happy with the service and I even got a follow up call to ask how it all went. Great place and it felt like your neighbourhood mattress store taking care of you - not just some corporate brick and mortar. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional and lovely to deal with. Everything was explained to me. I ended up buying a bed, a dresser, a latex mattress and pillows. They agreed to take away my old bed, mattress and box springs. I didn’t want them to just go to recycling so they agreed to deliver them to whoever I could find that would accept the donation. The drivers who delivered my new bed and dresser arrived on time, and were polite, professional and efficient and accommodating. They put together my new bed and dresser, dismantled my old bed and delivered it to its new home. My new bed is not only beautiful but comfortable and I am waking up happy and rested.

This place is amazing. The staff are very knowledgeable, and you feel no pressure to choose a certain model, or make a decision quickly. We chose one of the Ironman models; we love it. From the beginning to the end an amazing experience. Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable. Explained about the latex mattress and it's benefits and the difference from foam. Even the delivery was very professional. Both movers wore masks, took their shoes off when entering my home and unwrapped the mattress and took away the wrapping. I purchased a new box spring over the phone. The girl was very courteous and helpful. The delivery men called to say they could come early if it was convenient for me. They were very polite, removed their shoes and had on face masks. They were very careful of my walls going upstairs. They adjusted the box spring and then offered to move my mattress. It was the BEST experience buying my mattresses from WR starting from picking out our new pure energy mattress, to having it delivered and set up in the allotted time frame. Everyone who works there is so helpful and happy to serve you; I ended up ordering another mattress over the phone just by describing what I needed. Plus they even gave me be a loaner box spring and frame until my real frame arrives in January. And the real clincher was the bottle of wine presented to me upon delivery. Wow!!!! UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE! Raman, Jamie and Dave and even the delivery team, everyone I dealt with in this company provided me A1 service from the first time I walked through the door. They seem to care more that you are happy and comfortable with your purchase than they are in pushing a sale, which I rarely see in sales businesses these days. They educated me and took their time with me without any pressure. The prices are as good as you will get anywhere but the service and after purchase support is something you will never get anywhere else. This is what makes them the best. While on the island visiting friends, I stopped in the WR mattress store in Parksville. I tried the Ironman beds and immediately knew I had to have one. I paid for the bed that day and arranged delivery to my home in Vancouver. The transaction was so efficient, and the bed arrived the following week. The fellows that delivered the bed (the frame of which is very heavy) had the bed up three flights of stairs and assembled in about 1/2 an hour. Amazing! We recently purchased the Active Cell Technology mattress with the ergo motion frame and we are very pleased with our purchase. We were tired of waking up with sore hips and sore backs and honestly within a few nights we were sleeping more comfortably and waking up without aches and pains.
