What amazing service! As soon as you walk through this Surrey mattress store, you're immediately greeted by friendly staff who are happy to show you different mattresses and materials. I switched over to latex and it was the best decision I've ever made!! No more sore shoulders or stiff neck when I wake up. I'm truly grateful for all their help. I couldn't recommend WR Mattress Gallery enough! 10/10!

Dave and Jaime were very helpful and very knowledgeable. They explained the benefits of latex, a natural product, and memory foam, which emit VOCs. They answered all of our questions. I was looking for a specialized hospital bed and they had one I could try. Awesome. The free delivery and set up was really appreciated. Sahil and Ash made sure the beds were set up to our satisfaction. Excellent service. We are enjoying our sleep! Thank you very much.

Wow. What an unexpected and positive experience. My family and I completed a move from South Florida, USA, to Surrey, BC the day prior to visiting the store. We were sleeping on air mattresses, one of which, had a leak. So, our mission was to have a mattress, if not a bed by the same evening. We met Dave in the store, who explained the differences between memory foam and latex. He introduced us to some options and by the time we left, we had a mattress for us and our daughter. To cap it off, when Dave realized they couldn't get us our beds until a week later, he had the warehouse deliver a floor sample THAT SAME NIGHT so we weren't sleeping on a deflating air mattress. The delivery crew drove from an earlier delivery in Whistler, through snow and icy conditions to make good on their promise. They could have easily pushed to the next day, or Dave could have easily not offered the loaner and we would have been fine. But, that's not what happened. GREAT customer service.

Great staff throughout, Raman is very knowledgeable, been in the industry for years and she was quick to understand what I needed.

She was able to get me set up with excellent mattresses at a reasonable price.

I also had an issue with an old bed frame which had no slats. Dave actually made a house call and built slats and runners for me.

I couldn’t ask for better customer service than I received.

Customer service at WR Mattress is awesome. Jordan was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Dave also gave his feedback about the Pure Energy mattress. Out of this world comfortable, no more back pain. The delivery fellows were very polite, respectful, and took their shoes off. From start to finish everything was handled with great care and respect. This is the only mattress store for me. Thank you again to all the staff at WR Mattress.

Just wanted you to know how much my Pure Energy bed has helped me over the last year. I had cervical spinal stenosis surgery in April 2017 and honestly I missed my bed, when I could finally use my bed again (after 4 weeks) I feel so much better and it sure has helped with my recovery. The staff at your store are great, when my bed needed to be made lower out came the guys and adjusted for me. You guys really rock. Thank you.

After purchasing an Pure Energy Mattress and Talalay pillows from Mark at WR Mattress Gallery, we are recommending him to all our friends and family.

Our Pure Energy Recovery Mattress has notably improved our sleep and we are enjoying the most restful nights.

We first bought a queen size bed , but after breaking my right shoulder we needed a King size .We are enjoying the benefits of the Pure Energy Recovery mattress and pillows , experiencing a wonderful sleep , as they say , just what the Doc ordered. Some weeks ago, my wife and I came in and discussed the Pure Energy mattress with you, and not log afterwards we purchased one. Let me say that the whole experience could be called excellent, a word I rarely use. First of all, your knowledge off all the products was precise and helpful, and customer care at every stage was thoughtful and interesting. My response to the mattress has been just as you suggested it would. Before I always woke up with little pains and especially a somewhat bigger one in my lumbar region. Now there is nothing, no pain at all. I am convinced it does what the claims for it announce. My wife has not had a chance to enjoy it yet because of my illness, but she will soon.

Everything about this transaction was absolutely right.
