What amazing service! As soon as you walk through this Surrey mattress store, you're immediately greeted by friendly staff who are happy to show you different mattresses and materials. I switched over to latex and it was the best decision I've ever made!! No more sore shoulders or stiff neck when I wake up. I'm truly grateful for all their help. Wow. What an unexpected and positive experience. My family and I completed a move from South Florida, USA, to Surrey, BC the day prior to visiting the store. We were sleeping on air mattresses, one of which, had a leak. So, our mission was to have a mattress, if not a bed by the same evening. We met Dave in the store, who explained the differences between memory foam and latex. He introduced us to some options and by the time we left, we had a mattress for us and our daughter. To cap it off, when Dave realized they couldn't get us our beds until a week later, he had the warehouse deliver a floor sample THAT SAME NIGHT so we weren't sleeping on a deflating air mattress. The delivery crew drove from an earlier delivery in Whistler, through snow and icy conditions to make good on their promise. They could have easily pushed to the next day, or Dave could have easily not offered the loaner and we would have been fine. But, that's not what happened. GREAT customer service.

Dave and Jaime were very helpful and very knowledgeable. They explained the benefits of latex, a natural product, and memory foam, which emit VOCs. They answered all of our questions. I was looking for a specialized hospital bed and they had one I could try. Awesome. The free delivery and set up was really appreciated. Sahil and Ash made sure the beds were set up to our satisfaction. Excellent service. We are enjoying our sleep! Thank you very much.

Customer service at WR Mattress is awesome. Jordan was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Dave also gave his feedback about the Pure Energy mattress. Great staff throughout, Raman is very knowledgeable, been in the industry for years and she was quick to understand what I needed.

She was able to get me set up with excellent mattresses at a reasonable price.

I also had an issue with an old bed frame which had no slats. Dave actually made a house call and built slats and runners for me. I couldn’t ask for better customer service than I received.

I had needed a new mattress for several years and have been putting it off as I couldn’t face going to a store where I might be pressured into buying something. On a friends recommendation, I went to the white rock mattress gallery. Dave, A very experienced mattress salesman walked me through several options. We discussed what kind of a sleeper I was and what mattress would be best. I went home to think about it and to see which size of boxspring would fit my bedframe. I thought about it for a day or two and phoned back with questions about the boxspring. I spoke with the owner, Raman. She quickly offered a solution in case the regular boxspring didn’t fit. The mattress was delivered by two very nice fellows who quickly removed the old one and installed the new one. They were very personable, polite, and came within the time promised. I would definitely recommend WR Mattress Gallery. I had a stress-free experience and I’m very happy with my new Mattress and boxspring.

We have purchased from WR Mattress before and were extremely impressed with the level of service they provided. We have now returned to buy a bed for our 4 year old. I bought a twin XL with a box spring with it. I was talking to Dave about how sleeping on my side caused hip and lower back issues. He helped explain that you don't want too firm of a mattress or else you will get the same problem. I have been using it for 3 days it is the most comfortable I have slept in a long time. I also can't seem to get my dogs off since it's so comfortable. Delivery happened in less then a week and they arrived ahead of schedule with clean and easy set up by them. Next time anyone I know needs a mattress I am definitely recommending them.

Would totally recommend WR Mattress Gallery. Jamie is great to work with. Helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and very accommodating to work with delivery times. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional and lovely to deal with. Everything was explained to me. I ended up buying a bed, a dresser, a latex mattress and pillows. They agreed to take away my old bed, mattress and box springs. I didn’t want them to just go to recycling so they agreed to deliver them to whoever I could find that would accept the donation. The drivers who delivered my new bed and dresser arrived on time, and were polite, professional and efficient and accommodating. They put together my new bed and dresser, dismantled my old bed and delivered it to its new home. My new bed is not only beautiful but comfortable and I am waking up happy and rested.

Hands down the best mattress you will ever own! I have a few family members that purchased their mattresses from WR mattress gallery and everyone swore by them so I thought I would check it out. These mattresses are top quality that can't be beat. The customer service was amazing and we never felt pushed to buy anything. Raman takes her time to explain the different features of each mattress to you and helps you pick out the perfect mattress that suits you. The covid protocols made me feel safe with hand sanitizer available, masks worn, and a fresh pillowcase to lay on when testing out the different mattresses. It took four visits and five years of research on adjustable beds and latex mattresses, but here we are with a purchase from WR Mattress, snuggled up in the best bed I have ever slept on. i purchased an adjustable bed from w.r. mattress gallery in 2019; when my best friend decided she was long overdue to replace her broken bed, i told her she needn't waste her time shopping around, but to just go straight to w.r. mattress gallery; my experience with dave & jaime when i bought my bed was above 1st rate; dave gave my friend a thorough education of all the available mattresses they offered, and without trying to upsell her, directed her to appropriate mattresses that would meet her needs; it took her less than an hour to make a fully informed decision to buy a mattress; the bed i bought in 2019 was the best and worst investment of my life--contradictory? the bestdecision: because i now no longer get headaches which i finally figured out were from sleeping on my old cheaper mattress that exuded odorless noxious fumes (many mattresses do), and no enjoy greatly reduced chronic body pain as i am able to adjust the bed for my optimum comfort...the worst decision: i have never been a morning person, and now getting out of bed is all but impossible! seriously though, you can not beat the quality of the mattresses, the exceptional warranties and the staff; a great big thank-you to dave and jaime; advice to all: if you're in the market for a new mattress, save yourself time and grief--just go straight to w.r. mattress gallery

First thing's first: yes, my mattress is very comfortable! But, the service was also fantastic. I did go quite out of my way to go to this mattress gallery, as it was recommended by a friend, and I am totally glad I did. Jaime was very attentive to my needs as well as my price point. We recently updated from a queen to a king size mattress. From the beginning we were introduced to the different types of mattresses available and got educated on all the knowledge that we were lacking. My husband is a hot sleeper and so often at night he use to wake up sweating however, with this new king size mattress purchased at WR it has made a HUGE difference to our sleep and general health! Raman has all the knowledge and all the answers to any questions you may have. We were so happy with our purchase that we have referred WR to all our family and friends. My husband and I purchased our mattress from WR at the Spring Home & Garden Show from Ramen who is an excellent Salesman. The companies customer service is incredible as we not only switched out a pillow but one of our mattresses as well after 90 days. One of the motors stopped working and they totally replace that as well. Their service people are just as friendly, courteous and knowledgeable as their sales staff! I'm glad I was able to come by WR Mattress Gallery when I was hunting for a mattress. I made the rounds to local big box stores but thought I'd check out WR as well. Dave is knowledgeable about mattresses and provided excellent service. I was interested but hesitant about latex. Dave and Jamie worked together to give me a wonderful deal on my mattress and I am sold! Sleeping on latex is way better than the memory foam that I've tried and I don't have to worry about the chemicals either!

Thank-you for your recent correspondence.

I am not sure to what you are referring regarding "zero gravity feature".
You asked if my new latex mattress surpassed my expectations.

I actually don't like this new mattress.
The mattress has made it so I can't sleep.

Why?

Because it is so adjustable and comfortable, I can't control myself--every night I position the mattress comfortably resulting so that I stay up way too late reading books!

Although I'm horribly sleep deprived, I realize that I must take responsibility for this--such as an alcoholic can not blame the BC liquor stores for selling booze!

With regards to your question of: "did the mattress surpass all expectations?" No. My satisfaction has soared much further than this description--in fact, last check in it was somewhere around Alpha Centori.

It is very nice of you to follow up to ensure I am happy with my purchase.
Although at first I was somewhat reticent because of the price of the mattress, I now feel that it is without a doubt this is the best money I've ever spent.
If I can ever overcome my poor self control regarding my "book time", I'm sure I will soon enjoy very long and restful sleeps!

I must say that I have been very pleased with my Pure Energy Bed. I sleep a lot better now. I do have problems with swollen feet, but since having the bed I find they do not swell as much as I sleep with my feet up higher. I DO NOT regret purchasing the bed and wish I had got one sooner.

First, we were very impressed with the persistence and dedication of your team to install our Pure Energy Mattress, given the physical challenges of our home. Second, the team also spent extra time assembling our existing bedframe with headboard and footboard, ensuring our new mattress would fit properly.

Finally, the mattress has been on of the best investments we have made in our health and self care. Not only has it reduced snoring issues, it also has helped us relaxing using Zero gravity feature, leading to better sleep. We also like the feature where we can sit up and read in bed. We love how we can adjust the bed both and head and foot to any position we want.

Just wanted you to know how much my Pure Energy bed has helped me over the last year. I had cervical spinal stenosis surgery in April 2017 and honestly I missed my bed, when I could finally use my bed again (after 4 weeks) I feel so much better and it sure has helped with my recovery. My experience with my Pure Energy Recovery Mattress had been excellent! The initial mattress was slightly too hard and the staff at WR Mattress (Raman) suggested to go with a “soft” one. It is excellent and I always get an excellent sleep. I really appreciate the technical support I received to make sure I had the right mattress.

We had dedicated spending an entire day on mattress shopping, looking for a regular mattress. WR Mattress Gallery in Surrey was actually our last stop for the day. We came in looked at and tried the regular, inexpensive mattress and slowly worked our way over to the Pure Energy section, 2 hours later we walked out having purchased the best sleep investment in our lives, An Pure Energy Recovery mattress! We really appreciated Raman and her excellent service! NOT Pushy, no attempt to upsell but very patient and knowledgeable and took the time as we needed to explain all the products and differences. Let me say that the whole experience could be called excellent, a word I rarely use. First of all, your knowledge off all the products was precise and helpful, and customer care at every stage was thoughtful and interesting. My response to the mattress has been just as you suggested it would. Before I always woke up with little pains and especially a somewhat bigger one in my lumbar region. I am 64 years old, and was suffering with chronic back pain. The pain was located on both sides of my back, not my spine, but the back side muscles. I attributed the cause of the pain to a combination of normal ageing, and from the three day per week exercise routine at the local fitness centre. Not once in the six months of pain did I consider my bed to be the cause. Anyway a long story short, we bought an Pure Energy Mattress, not because of my back pain, but just because we were due for something new.

My experience at WR Mattress Gallery was the most positive one. I had been having difficulty for over 2 years, finding a pillow that was comfortable enough to not give me neck pain- yet soft enough. I didn’t feel as if I’d been sleeping on a brick. I requested a tall pillow, but one that was still soft. I had begun to believe that was unattainable. When I asked the price of the mattress the salesperson persisted me to simply lay down and try it. AHHHHHHHH….. That’s it- sold was my immediate response.

I purchased a new box spring over the phone. The girl was very courteous and helpful. The delivery men called to say they could come early if it was convenient for me. They were very polite, removed their shoes and had on face masks. They were very careful of my walls going upstairs. They adjusted the box spring and then offered to move my mattress. From the beginning to the end an amazing experience. Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable. Explained about the latex mattress and it's benefits and the difference from foam. Even the delivery was very professional. Both movers wore masks, took their shoes off when entering my home and unwrapped the mattress and took away the wrapping.
